Mary Flanagan has 20 years experience in the area of Litigation dealing specifically with Personal Injury* and Medical Negligence Claims. She qualified in 1998 and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and IT committee in 2000/2001. Mary is an Accredited Mediator from Harvard Negotiation Institute in Boston 2012. Mary holds numerous qualifications in EU, IT and International Law.

She has acted for a range of Irish and UK Insurance Companies and as a result is extremely familiar with their expectations, processes and procedures.

She now focuses her attention advising clients who have sustained a personal injury in all types of accidents or by way of Medical Negligence. She specialises in dealing with catastrophic injuries to include brain injuries and serious spinal injuries.

Mairead Little has 20 years experience in the area of Civil Litigation, Conveyancing and Probate. Buying and selling property can be extremely stressful but Mairead has acted for both purchasers and vendors in the local area for many years and will process the various stages in an easy and simple fashion.

She is also a seasoned litigator in the areas of Family Law, Employment Law and General Litigation. Prior to entering the legal professional Mairead has a wealth of experience working for the Medical Profession as a Radiologist and has vast knowledge of the practice and procedures within hospitals in Ireland. She is integral to the Medical Negligence team within the firm.

Niamh McDonald is a highly trained Legal Executive with over 18 years experience in managing both Plaintiff and Defence claims. Niamh was appointed a Commissioner for Oaths in December 2013. Prior to entering the legal profession she worked in the General Services Department in Beaumont Hospital and was then employed by Defence Litigation firm in Dublin City Centre for 10 years as a Legal Executive. Niamh has worked with the firm and Flanagan & Co (Sandyford) since its inception and has built up a superb knowledge of Plaintiff Litigation. Niamh has vast experience in dealing with clients and explaining whatever difficulties they may have in the lifetime of their claim.

Bernadette Woods has recently joined the firm and works in an administrative capacity.

Jackie Lally is the firm’s Book Keeper and Financial Controller.
